Gao Blue, Surging Shark. His name is Kai Samezu, and though the team calls him only Blue, he freely introduces himself by name sometimes. He is excitable, energetic and suspiciously playful. He was recruited about the same time as White. He is 19 years old, he worked at a Pizza shop. His weapons are called Shark Cutters. He has two, one for each hand. He is companion to Gao Giraffe as well as Shark.
He is played by Takeru Shibaki.
